Service Description

ADA Compliance Scanner provides automated accessibility audits of websites against the WCAG 2.1 AA standard. You may run a free scan to receive a compliance score, and purchase a detailed report with AI-generated remediation guidance. Single page reports are $19 and full site reports (up to 10 pages) are $49.

Not Legal Advice

Reports generated by ADA Compliance Scanner are automated assessments, not legal advice. Our scans identify common accessibility issues using the axe-core testing engine, but no automated tool can detect all accessibility barriers.

We strongly recommend supplementing automated results with manual testing, assistive technology testing, and consultation with accessibility professionals for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

No Guarantee of Compliance

Following the recommendations in a report does not guarantee your website will be fully ADA compliant or immune from legal action. Accessibility requirements can vary by jurisdiction, and standards evolve over time. You are solely responsible for ensuring your website meets all applicable legal requirements.

Payment & Refund Policy

Full reports are a one-time digital purchase. Because the report is generated and delivered instantly upon payment, refunds are generally not available. If you experience a technical issue that prevents report delivery, contact us at support@ada-scanner.com and we will make it right.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Service Provided As-Is

ADA Compliance Scanner is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results will be complete or accurate in all cases. Automated scanning has inherent limitations and may produce false positives or miss certain issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADA Compliance Scanner and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to test.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the scanning infrastructure.
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly republish reports without permission.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
